I'm Hannah, a photographer specializing in film mediums. I was raised in Northern California, yet most recently have taken on a new title: NYC transplant.

I am a middle child in a sea of four, born to an interior designer and an athlete turn coach. I have always felt more comfortable behind the camera rather than in front. From documenting every birthday and holiday to endless photoshoots with my sisters to travels across the world— now that I’m thinking about it, I’m pretty sure I’ve asked for a camera for my birthday more birthdays than not.

I started shooting film six years ago while taking a darkroom course at University of Sydney. Over the last six years, I have become obsessed with taking photos on film. I love the the colors, the grain, the mechanics— all of it feels magical. 

 

Through my photography, I aim to capture moments that are beautifully organic. Blending traditionally elegant compositions with a modern and youthful approach, I hope my photos transport you into each scene allowing you to really feel the energy of every moment.
